The implementation stage consists of several phases including preliminary interviews, short-listing of candidates, informal reference checks, client interviews, and formal reference checks to ensure the highest quality of candidates.
3. Closure
The closure stage consists of negotiation & offer, and follow-up. We actively participate in the negotiation process, and keep in touch with the candidate until they join the company, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
